We are a service area business. There is no yard open to the public, no showroom and no walk-in office, so every appointment happens at your property. Coverage is Clarksville and Montgomery County first, with a normal working radius of about 35 miles that reaches Hopkinsville and Oak Grove in Kentucky, Springfield and Adams to the east, Dover and Cumberland City to the west, and Ashland City and Pleasant View to the southeast. What Happens on the Site Walk
The walk takes 30 to 60 minutes on a typical parcel. We measure the area actually being disturbed, note the slope and the access, look at what is standing and how big it is, find any wet ground or blue-line stream, and check where the debris can go.
You get a written scope, usually within one working day, naming the method, the acreage, the erosion controls, the debris route and what the ground will look like when we leave. If the acreage triggers a county or state permit, that is on the scope with the fee basis stated rather than buried. There is no charge and no obligation, and if the parcel needs a different trade we will say so.
